Wednesday: Punch or Die Cut - Thursday: Ribbon or Sequins
On Friday, I revealed this Card I created with the favorite choices.
Blue - Animal - Punch - Ribbon
Supplies:
Stamps: Dragonfly Garden
Punch: Dragonflies
Cardstock: Basic White; Night of Navy
Designer Series Paper (DSP): Softly Stippled
Ink: Night of Navy
Stampin’ Blends: Light Balmy Blue
Ribbon: Pool Party Sheer Ribbon
Adhesive: Liquid Glue; Mini Glue Dots; Stampin’ Seal +
Other: Bone Folder, Paper snips; Paper Trimmer; Scotch Tape
Directions:
Card Base (Landscape)
1. Cut Night of Navy 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”; Fold on Score line & burnish with Bone Folder
Card Front:
1. Cut DSP 5-1/2” x 3”
2. Cut coordinating 2 DSP strips 5-1/2” x 3/4”
3. Adhere strips under the top & bottom edge of DSP with Stampin’ Seal +
4. Cut Ribbon 12”;
Wrap Ribbon around the center & adhere to the back with scotch tape
5. Center and adhere to Card Base with Liquid Glue
Sentiment:
1. Cut Basic White 2” x 1-3/4”
2. Stamp “You are an Inspiration” in Night of Navy Ink
3. Cut Basic White 2-1/4” x 2”; Adhere together with Stampin’ Dimensionals
4. Adhere to Card Front with Liquid Glue
Dragonfly:
1. Stamp Dragonfly on Basic White scrap in Night of Navy Ink (make 3)
2. Punch out with Dragonfly Punch
3. Color with Light Balmy Blue Stampin’ Blends
4. Cut in between wings on all Dragonflies, leaving the wings loose
5. Cut around one Dragonfly cutting off the tail with Paper snips;
Adhere to one Dragonfly with Mini Glue Dots in the center;
Adhere Dragonfly to Card Front with 2 Mini Glue Dots in the center
Inside:
1. Cut Basic White Cardstock 5-1/4” x 4”; Adhere to inside Card with Liquid Glue
2. Cut DSP strip 5-1/4” x 3/4”; Adhere at the top of with Liquid Glue
3. Adhere Dragonfly with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals
