This project was designed for a customer's request for her son's birthday party
Supplies:
Cardstock: Basic Black; Basic White
Adhesive: Liquid Glue; Stampin’ Dimensionals
Dies: Scalloped Contours
Tools: Bone Folder Paper Snips; Paper Trimmer; Stampin’ Cut & Emboss
Embellishments: Gold Sequins
Other: Downloadable Soccer Ball; Printed Sentiment
Treats: Original Wrapped Jolly Ranchers
Directions:
Bag:
1. Cut Basic Black Cardstock 5-1/2” x 5-1/2”
(Note: This will cut 2 from 8-1/2” x 11” Cardstock)
2. Score 1-3/4” & 4” for sides; Turn & Score 1” for bottom;
Fold on Score lines;
Place a piece of scrap paper over the folded Score lines & burnish with Bone Folder
(Note: this will prevent marks on finished project)
3. Cut off both bottom sides slightly above the top fold line for an easy fold;
Hold sides of Bag closed with the bottom at the top;
Cut at an angle from the Score line all the way across;
Flip over & repeat for the other side;
(Note: This will create even sides for the bottom center)
4. Adhere the sides, then the bottom with Liquid Glue
Sentiment & Soccer Balls:
1. Print 12 “Go for the Goal” sentiments on Basic White in Black Ink & print out;
2. Die Cut with smallest Rectangle from Scalloped Contour Dies
3. Download Soccer Balls from Internet & adjust the size to 1-3/4”;
Punch out with 1-1/2” Circle Punch
Finishing Up:
1. Line up Sentiment & Soccer Ball on Bag Front
2. Adhere Sentiment with Liquid Glue at an angle;
Adhere Soccer Ball with Stampin’ Dimensionals
3. Add Gold Sequins
