Thankful Garden Stamps, Dies; Decorative Masks;
Lovely Garden Designer Series Paper; Starburst Sequins
Cardstock: Basic White; Old Olive; Soft Sea Foam
Ink: Daffodil Delight; Memento Black; Mossy Meadow
Adhesive: Liquid Glue; Stampin’ Dimensionals
Tools: Blending Brushes; Bone Folder; Paper Snips; Paper Trimmer;
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss; Wink of Stella Glitter Brush
Envelope: Basic White Medium
Other: Post-It-Note Removable Tape; Stampin’ Mist Cleaner; Paper Towels
Directions:
Card Base:
1. Cut Basic White Cardstock 4-1/4” x 11”;
Score at 5-1/2” on 11” side; Fold on Score line & burnish with Bone Folder
Card Front:
1. Stamp “thankful for you friend” in Memento Black on the front bottom center
2. Cut DSP 4-1/4” x 4” (DSP directional pattern is cut at 4-1/4”)
3. Adhere DSP at the top of the Card with Liquid Glue, leaving 1/4” top border
Flower & Leaves:
1. Cut Basic White scrap 4” x 4-1/2”;
Stamp the Flower with Leaves in the center in Memento Black Ink
(leaving room for the Die)
2. Die Cut Flowers with Leaves with coordinating Die
(Note: Line up Die around all black edges of the Flower for a clean look)
Die Cut extra Leaves from the Leaves dies with Old Olive & Soft Sea Foam Cardstock
(Note: Post-It-Note Removable Tape will hold Dies in place when die cutting,
without tearing Cardstock)
Masking:
1. Line up Flower Mask (with the notch at the top right) over the Flowers & Leaves;
Brush over Flowers with Blending Brush & Daffodil Delight Ink;
Brush over Leaves with Blending Brush & Mossy Meadow Ink
Finishing Up:
1. Cut apart the Leaves from the Flowers with Paper Snips
2. Line up the Flowers & the Leaves on the DSP;
Adhere Flowers with Stampin’ Dimensionals;
Adhere Leaves underneath the Flowers with Liquid Glue
3. Brush the center of the Flowers with Wink of Stella
4. Add Starburst Sequins to Card Front
Cleaning Inked Masks:
1. Easily clean inked Masks with Stampin’ Mist spray & Paper Towels
Envelope:
1. Cut coordinating DSP 6” x 2-1/2” (DSP directional pattern is cut at 6”)
2. Add Liquid Glue to the outside envelope flap;
Place DSP over the envelope flap along the fold;
Run Bone Folder over DSP to adhere;
Trim around edges of envelope flap with Paper Snips
