1. Cut Whisper White Cardstock 4 1/4” x 11
2. Score at 5 1/2”, fold & burnish score line with Bone Folder
Next Layer:
1. Cut Tranquil Tide Cardstock 3 1/4” x 3 3/4”
2. Randomly stamp top & bottom edges with confetti stamp from Picture Perfect Birthday Stamp Set in Lemon Lime Ink
3. Adhere to Base Card at a left angle with Tombow adhesive
Top Layer:
1. Cut Lemon Lime Cardstock 4” x 5 1/4”
2. Stamp dots from Picture Perfect Birthday Stamp Set around sides of Lemon Lime Cardstock in Whisper White Ink to create a border
3. Adhere at an right angle with Tombow adhesive
Balloons:
1. Sponge Pumpkin Pie Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock & punch out balloon with Balloon Banquet Punch (or use Pumpkin Pie Cardstock)
2. Punch balloon from Tranquil Tide Cardstock with Balloon Banquet Punch
3. Punch balloon from Whisper White Cardstock with Balloon Banquet Punch
Greeting:
1. Stamp Happy Birthday from Picture Perfect Birthday Stamp Set on Whisper White Cardstock with Pumpkin Pie Ink
2. Punch Greeting with Classic Label Punch
Finishing Card:
1. Adhere balloons randomly on card front attaching Whisper White Baker’s Twine behind balloons with Snail adhesive
2. Adhere Greeting to card with Stampin’ Dimensionals
3. Tie bow with Tranquil Tide Baker’s Twine & adhere to base of one balloon
with Glue Dot
4. Tie a second bow & adhere to Greeting with Glue Dot
